Cette initiative porte sur le nouveau Code p\u00e9nal et le nouveau Code de proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale. Les deux textes remplaceront la l\u00e9gislation de 1835 d\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2027.<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vieille de pr\u00e8s de deux si\u00e8cles, la l\u00e9gislation p\u00e9nale ha\u00eftienne s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 conna\u00eetre un changement majeur. Le ministre de la Justice et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique, Dr Patrick P\u00e9lissier, a lanc\u00e9 ce mardi 3 novembre 2026, aux Cayes, un programme national de formation. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019une vingtaine de juges ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette premi\u00e8re cohorte dans le d\u00e9partement du Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le programme concerne plusieurs acteurs de la cha\u00eene p\u00e9nale. Il r\u00e9unit notamment des juges, des parquetiers, des avocats, des greffiers et des policiers. Le minist\u00e8re pr\u00e9voit aussi des sessions dans d\u2019autres juridictions. Les d\u00e9partements du Centre et du Nord figurent parmi les zones concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Patrick P\u00e9lissier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 plusieurs innovations des nouveaux textes. Il a insist\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9paration des professionnels de la justice. Selon lui, ces derniers doivent ma\u00eetriser les nouvelles dispositions avant leur entr\u00e9e en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-autoplay=\"true\" sexuelles. Il encadre mieux ces infractions que l\u2019ancienne l\u00e9gislation. Il vise aussi \u00e0 renforcer la protection des victimes et \u00e0 adapter le droit p\u00e9nal aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s actuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ministre a remerci\u00e9 le Premier ministre Alix Didier Fils-Aim\u00e9 pour les moyens accord\u00e9s \u00e0 ce programme.
