Cet accord vise \u00e0 construire une nouvelle offre politique en vue des prochaines \u00e9lections. GRR rassemble quant \u00e0 lui des personnalit\u00e9s notoires et de jeunes leaders engag\u00e9s dans le Grand Nord. Le protocole confie \u00e0 GRR la responsabilit\u00e9 de choisir les profils appel\u00e9s \u00e0 concourir dans le Nord et le Nord-Est. Ce choix se fera en consultation avec EAPH. Les candidats retenus se pr\u00e9senteront ainsi sous la banni\u00e8re de la plateforme En Avant Pour Ha\u00efti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Les deux structures pr\u00e9cisent que ces profils devront partager des valeurs et des engagements communs. Elles entendent faire de la prochaine \u00e9ch\u00e9ance \u00e9lectorale un moment de choix et de responsabilit\u00e9. L&rsquo;alliance privil\u00e9gie notamment des femmes et des hommes capables de porter une vision nouvelle. Ces candidats devront aussi traduire les aspirations de la population en actions concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Selon le communiqu\u00e9, le changement doit venir de jeunes, de femmes et d&rsquo;hommes nouveaux, cr\u00e9dibles et comp\u00e9tents. EAPH et GRR veulent ainsi rompre avec les pratiques qui ont longtemps hypoth\u00e9qu\u00e9 l&rsquo;avenir du pays. Les deux structures affirment vouloir b\u00e2tir une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration politique diff\u00e9rente, capable de restaurer la confiance des citoyens envers leurs institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Cette alliance En Avant Pour Ha\u00efti GRR intervient dans un contexte \u00e9lectoral particuli\u00e8rement disput\u00e9. Plusieurs plateformes et regroupements politiques cherchent en effet \u00e0 consolider leurs bases avant l&rsquo;ouverture officielle de la campagne. Pour EAPH et GRR, unir leurs forces permet de peser davantage dans les d\u00e9partements du Nord et du Nord-Est, deux zones strat\u00e9giques du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Les deux structures r\u00e9affirment enfin leur volont\u00e9 de travailler ensemble sur le long terme. Elles esp\u00e8rent construire une alternative politique cr\u00e9dible, porteuse d&rsquo;espoir et de r\u00e9sultats concrets pour Ha\u00efti.
